What is CranioSacral Therapy?

It focuses mostly on brain, spinal cord and surrounding membranes. CST strengthens the body’s natural healing processes and facilitates brain to body connection. That therapy was developed by Osteopaths for many years. It started with Cranial Osteopathy, which was devised by William Sutherland in 1930 and later was branded and promoted by John Upledger, who was a professor of Biomechanics at Michigan State University.

That controversial approach is viewed differently by the public. However, it can produce amazing results if applied to the right person. Some people do not like it, while others take it as an amazing gift and normally those people receive maximum value out of it.

From a certain perspective,  CST is a way of assisted meditation that creates a deep connection between the recipient and a therapist and the healing has to come from within as a way of implementing a focused intent.  CST is a way to combine an energy work with the science to create maximum benefit for your health.
