Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT)
Do you suffer from chronic pain? Or find yourself feeling weak, or getting injured over and over again? Does it seem as though nothing ever works for you? How about wanting to perform better in sports? Or do you want to be able to do your normal daily activities without any irritating discomfort? If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) is the answer you’re looking for.
NKT is a next generation therapy. It combines motor control theory and manual muscle testing to detect and treat your dysfunctional neurological patterns.
Here is the easiest way to explain NKT. Imagine a factory with 10 employees. Now, let’s assume there’s one employee who is performing at 120%, while the 9 others are only doing 10% of their duty. That worker’s overloaded. If we do the math, we are getting .9 + 1.2 = 2.1 in total. Now what happens if, say, we’re running? The load increases and the 120% employee is doing 140% of the work and will quit, while the 9 other lazy people are left with moving the body forward. In essence, this condition is a sport’s injury. With NKT we address the problem by managing the situation. First, we address the overworked person (muscle) and help him relax a bit. Then we activate our lazy batch of employees (muscles) to about 90% efficiency. Let’s do the math again: 10 x 0.9 = 9. This example is hypothetical, but you get the point.
Every time we used NKT it increased athletic performance. One of our customers trained for a 50K marathon. He was very frustrated and considered quitting. After 1 appointment of NKT, he went for his 37K training run and killed it like it was no problem at all. He went on and finished his 50K without any problems, getting massive amounts of positive feedback about his performance.
If you don’t consider yourself an athlete, the benefit of NKT is living a pain-free life or spending more time with your family while staying active and being there for the people you love. One of our customers recently experienced a slip and fall. She thought she had fractured her rib. Her rib was actually fine, but one of the muscles in that area had gotten strained resulting in her shoulder feeling weak. After releasing that muscle and activating the weak muscles of the shoulder, we restored her normal activity, and she could go back to work and babysit her grandchildren without any problems.
The goal of NKT is to find the cause and then to treat it. Stop chasing your own tail! If you are looking for a solution in the wrong place it will never come. Come and try NKT! We guarantee the results will amaze you.
